The first week.chemical diet



Daily breakfast: eggs or yolks + half of an orange or grapefruit

Lunch and dinner: by day, shown in the same order



Saturday (lunch): fruit one class in any quantity (Orange/Tangerine/crepe/PEAR/apples/peaches/melons)

Saturday (dinner): grilled steak or lean minced + power



Sunday (lunch): boiled or grilled chicken pieces, skin removed well + tomato + onion orange or grapefruit

Sunday (dinner): 2 boiled egg + salad + 1 toast, toasted bread loaf quarterly + orange or grapefruit



Monday (lunch): cheese, wholemeal or white cheese without creamy or salt + 1 or a quarter loaf of bread toast roasted tomato + 1 or a piece of grilled meat + option.



Tuesday (lunch): fruit one class in any quantity as stated above or boiled eggs + cottage cheese + poached vegetables

Tuesday (dinner): a piece of roast beef + salad or boiled two eggs poached vegetables + + tomato



Wed (lunch): 3 egg + vegetables boiled Zucchini or beans or spinach

Wednesday (dinner): boiled shrimp or fish or tuna oil refinery or washed + Salad + 1 orange or grapefruit



Wed (lunch): fruit one class in any quantity as stated above.

Thu (dinner): a piece of roast beef + power



Friday (lunch): a piece of chicken (boiled or broiled) + tomato + boiled vegetables (Zucchini or beans or spinach) + orange or grapefruit.

Fri (dinner): a bowl of green salad + love apples.

Reviews:chemical diet

-This is somewhat chemical diet, does not like change for lunch, dinner, and vice versa.

-In case of non show the quantity, it is unspecified by the numbers, and you can eat what you want.

-In the case of hunger, the option or not with islands.

-You have to walk for at least 30 minutes a day.

-In the case of nausea and lethargy in the first week, this is normal, do not panic.

-If you suffer from irritable bowel disease or other infectious disease, you should consult your doctor first before you start dieting.
